FSG’s evaluation of corporate social objectives seeks to uncover opportunities for increasing the business and social value created. FSG helps corporations develop evaluation frameworks which provide timely information to executives to help prioritize investments, increase the effectiveness of initiatives, and clearly communicate achievements to all stakeholders.
FSG will work with you to categorize social investments for monitoring and evaluation purposes and for communicating the value of these investments to management. FSG experts will help collect the specific outcome and performance data and develop communications material for both internal and external use.
