Maine Community Foundation

The Maine Community Foundation works to improve the lives of Maine's residents. In addition to being a grantmaker, it also serves as a civic leader, convener, and a sponsor of special initiatives in the arts, social capital, and education. It oversees more than 700 funds with a value of nearly $180 million.

FSG helped the Maine Community Foundation to:

• Strategically evaluate its County Funds program and its Capacity Building grants initiative. FSG designed an evaluation process to define and capture impact measures that reflect the Foundation's priorities, along the way helping the Foundation to clarify its goals
