Marcie Parkhurst

At FSG, Marcie has worked with several private foundations on issues of strategy and evaluation.  Her work has covered a range of fields, including U.S. education, U.S. health care, nonprofit capacity building, and advocacy.  Prior to joining FSG, Marcie worked in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.  She has worked as a consultant at a small management consulting firm servicing public housing agencies in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, and also as a program director at a nonprofit higher education advocacy organization in Madison, Wisconsin, where she researched and lobbied on education access issues.   As an undergraduate, Marcie worked at Peace Corps headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Marcie holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
