Director
Lalitha Vaidyanathan is based in FSG’s San Francisco office and has worked on strategy development for private and community foundations especially in the areas of healthcare and education. Prior to FSG, she spent five years working in the non-profit sector first as an independent consultant in community health and then as program director in workforce development. Lalitha started her strategy consulting career at McKinsey & Company and has business management experience through her role as co-founder and vice president of a venture backed technology start up in San Francisco.
Lalitha holds an M.B.A. in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge University.
