Dana Yonchak


Director of Strategic Communications

Dana brings more than 20 years of progressive C-level and operational leadership and strategic consulting experience in corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand strategy to FSG, where she oversees all internal and external Communications, Marketing, CRM, and Knowledge Management initiatives and programs.

Prior to her arrival at FSG, she was founder and chief consultant of a strategic Marketing consulting firm, where she worked on a wide array of innovative Communications, Marketing and Brand initiatives for a diverse group of clients including Fidelity Investments, Capital One, H&R Block, and a number of entrepreneurial firms in professional, healthcare and financial services. Previously, Dana served as Vice President of Marketing, responsible for developing and managing all Marketing, Communications and Customer Services strategies, programs and materials for the region’s largest privately-owned consumer tax and financial services firm. Dana’s background also includes successful experiences in sales, sales management, event management and start-up experience.

Dana’s keen interest in the non-profit sector has also led her to leadership roles within the Taproot volunteer organization; where she applies her Communications and Marketing expertise to awarding service grants, recruiting and managing volunteer project teams, and developing a range of Communications, Marketing, Brand and/or Development strategies and programs to Boston-area non-profit organizations.

Dana graduated cum laude from Boston University’s College of Communications with a B.S. in Journalism.
