The MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation is a $90 million health care conversion foundation that focuses on the unmet health needs of vulnerable populations within the 25 towns of the MetroWest area of Massachusetts.
FSG has helped the MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation to:
- Develop a multi-year strategic plan that included the identification of several proactive initiatives, an approach for responsive grantmaking, and the initiation of an effort focused on nonprofit capacity building
