The Nellie Mae Education Foundation is New England's largest public charity dedicated to improving academic achievement for the region's underserved communities.
FSG has helped the Nellie Mae Education Foundation to:
- Conduct a strategic planning process for board and staff, working closely with program officers to build unifying initiatives across disparate program areas
- Develop a streamlined grant review and approval process
- Define among the Board a policy regarding appropriate levels of risk in grantmaking and to develop more explicit goals and performance measures
- Develop a strategic communications platform to guide the Foundation's organizational and programmatic communications
