The Blue Shield of California Foundation is committed to making health care effective, safe, and accessible for all Californians, particularly underserved people, and to ending domestic violence.
FSG has helped Blue Shield of California Foundation to:
- Develop focused strategic initiatives for three distinct program areas - health access, technology, and health care, and Blue Shield Against Violence
- Build an efficient evaluation approach relevant to all programs. As part of this work, FSG created data-driven strategies and action plans for each of the three initiatives, including key activities and evaluation metrics
