FSG helped The Seattle Foundation to:

• Develop a dynamic financial model reflecting the Foundation's market, products, asset base, and strategic goals. This work built on FSG's cost-revenue methodology and community foundation Interactive Strategy Model. The model enabled FSG to test different future scenarios, yielding insights into business plan goals as well as implications for strategic and operational changes
