The King Baudouin Foundation is a prominent European foundation active both nationally and internationally on cultural heritage, migration and multicultural society, poverty and social justice, civil society and voluntary work, health, the Balkans and Central Africa. It is also a major provider of philanthropic services.
FSG was asked to develop a paper for debate with the foundation’s management and staff regarding:
- Issues that foundation should tackle
- New approaches outside classical grant-making
- Management innovations to consider for internal purposes
