Comparison of the FSG Cost-Revenue Analysis Model and the Interactive Strategy Model


FSG has developed two tools to help community foundations make more informed decisions to ensure the long-term sustainability of their operations:

  • The FSG Cost-Revenue Analysis Model: aids foundations in performing an analysis of the actual costs and revenues by product, and
  • The FSG Interactive Strategy Model: aids foundations in modeling the impact of changes in strategy and operations on long-term sustainability
