Rebecca W. Graves

Managing Director

Becca is part of FSG's Seattle office and focuses on issues of strategy, evaluation, and program development, particularly in the areas of education and health care. She has been a lead consultant for a wide range of strategy development and program evaluation projects. In addition, she has worked extensively with community foundations, and was a primary architect of FSG's community foundation sustainability research and tools for the field.

Prior to joining FSG, Becca was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where she worked with corporate, nonprofit, and government clients. She also served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer at Wellspring House, Inc, a community-based organization operating programs to address family homelessness.
