Consultant
Leigh Heeter Fiske is based in FSG’s Boston office, where she has worked with a number of leading NGOs, funders, and corporations, focusing on issues of international health. Recent engagements include developing and implementing a new corporate philanthropic strategy for Merck, assessing the investment case for the female condom for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and developing a new corporate strategy for the Institute for OneWorld Health. Prior to joining FSG, Leigh worked as an associate at L.E.K. Consulting, providing strategic advice to corporations on a variety of business issues. She has also worked at the Treatment Action Campaign in Cape Town, South Africa, as well as at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
Leigh holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in Psychological and Brain Sciences, with a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
