Katherine Errecart

Katherine Ball

Consultant

Based in FSG’s Seattle office, Katherine has completed projects focused on school leadership development, school performance management, and the online delivery of educational training, as well as cases focused on community revitalization and the reduction of homelessness.  Specifically, Katherine has worked with educational stakeholders in post-Katrina New Orleans to analyze the market and develop a regional plan for meeting school leadership needs.  Recently, Katherine helped two education nonprofits focused on principal and district-level professional development, the Southern Regional Education Board and the Institute for Learning,  create business plans to improve organization impact, increase reach, and migrate professional development training materials from print to online delivery.  Katherine has also worked with private foundations and public sector stakeholders to develop strategies for effectively addressing long-term homelessness.

Prior to FSG, Katherine worked for St. Philip’s Academy, an independent school in Newark, NJ that seeks to bring quality education to disadvantaged students.  Here, she designed and implemented the school’s first arts education program before shifting to development where she led cross-sector partnerships with corporate and private foundations.  Katherine began her career in the arts, working on strategic planning and educational programs with for-profit and nonprofit entities including Sotheby’s and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Katherine holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. from Brown University.
