Nathalie Jones

Consultant

Nathalie Jones is based in the Seattle office where she brings research and analytical experience in the nonprofit and public sectors.  Prior to joining FSG, Nathalie worked as a Data Analyst with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she helped implement a system of performance management for foundation-supported schools throughout the U.S.  She has also worked as a consultant to the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs, for whom she conducted research on the economic impact of Latino-owned businesses in the state of Washington.   During graduate school, she helped to conduct a formative evaluation of Washington State’s program to provide transportation to homeless students, and worked to develop measures of community well-being for a community vitality report card project.  Nathalie has also worked in reproductive health advocacy, both in Washington, D.C. and Mexico City.

Nathalie holds an M.P.A. from the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and French from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
